MENTORSHIP

Our mentorship program connects people who have specific skills and knowledge (mentors) with individuals (mentees) who need or want the same skills and advantages to move up in work, skill level, or school performance. Our mentoring program trains mentors and mentees to have productive conversations and meetings, providing them with career development tools and resources to accomplish set goals.  We get that you are busy, and that is why our mentorship program offers both structure and flexibility.

• Enrollment – anyone is welcome to apply. Once we review your application we will schedule a phone interview. Any applicant that passes the interview process will be paired with a mentor/mentee. Should an applicant not make it through the interview phase, he or she will be allowed to re-apply in 3 months.
• Mentoring style – we offer several mentoring styles so you can utilize the one that works best for you.
• Connection type – we offer both 1:1 and group mentorships.
• Connection duration – you can register for a 6 weeks program,  3 months, or even just a single session.
